“Thanks so much again for a wonderful morning. I wanted to say that my daughter and I loved the morning – and I can see how that experience has spilled over into our week. I think what was very powerful is that you created a ‘space’ for us to be together as parents and children in a way that was nurturing and also a space that modelled how gratitude and love could be expressed in a way that was ‘ok’ – one of the things I see in my pre-teen is that typical reluctance to be open and loving with a parent/family member as it’s not seen as ‘cool’ – and one of the things that happened for us on Sunday morning I think is that my daughter saw that this was actually an ok thing to do (even in public!) : )”
